Postage
Items are posted once per week on a Saturday, following clearance of your payment into our account. We use the cheapest method possible for posting your items and charge you accordingly. Where possible we use prepaid envelopes and satchels. We use regular post unless you select otherwise. Registered mail is also an optional extra.
Returns
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase provided the item is in the same condition as it was mailed and all the packaging is also returned. Please contact us prior to returning your item to discuss options regarding the outcome of the return and to ensure we will accept your return. We will not provide a refund for initial postage and return postage will be at your expense. We will also deduct a handling fee/stocking fee of $2 from any refund provided.
